Cassie went out of her way to help me on multiple occasions. First, I had a horrible ear wax clogged ear & every other ear clinic was saying it would be at least 24 hours, but my ear was throbbing & it was super uncomfortable. Luckily, I found Cassie’s number online & even though it was meant to be her annual leave she saw me immediately to help out. She’s thorough & kind. About a week later, another ear was acting up and she again, scheduled me in immediately and was able to write a letter for me to take to the pharmacy. Since then, she’s checked in to make sure my ear is doing alright. She really cares & is a lovely person!

I was suffering with muffling in my left ear and my husband, who is a piano tuner, wanted to have his checked.
Cassie kindly obliged us by seeing us together at short notice. I was very impressed with the service we received, Cassie was delightful and very professional completing pre treatment questionnaire and showing us before and after pictures as well as checking our hearing afterwards. We both had earwax removed with suction technique which was painless and then the ear cleaned with special equipment, also painless. Best experience I have ever had in the removal of earwax.

Wonderful service. I had extremely bad wax build up in my ear and couldn't hear anything. They managed to completely clear out both ears and I can now hear my kids complaining all the time again! Everything was explained and punctual, fantastic work and I know I shall be back again.
